I'm Dan Ronken, CEO of PullnotPush, Inc., a successful cutting edge inbound marketing agency. Prior to founding PnP, I spent five years as the Host of Animal Planet Expo marketing as their brand ambassador for Discovery Communications. A never-ending explorer, I've lived on three continents. The life before that, I was the General Manager and opened the Colorado market for the now Integra Telecom. You can find me on Linkedin and on Twitter.
I enjoy biking, team building, reading, yoga, snowboarding, and sushi!
My name is Melissa Smalley, and I'm the code creator and designer. I thrive on challenges, adventure, and variety; both at work and at home. I am an avid outdoors lady with a need for a mental challenge indoors.
I'm psyched to be a part of a company with a leading edge in such an exciting age of technology. The best part of my job is being able to apply my practices daily while continuously learning additional methodologies.
While not in my office I enjoy skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, rafting, and running. Want to discuss coding and design then reminisce on your last avid adventure? I'm game!

My name is
Alex "Pixel Perfect" Berryand I'm the lead technical designer for PullnotPush. I'm originally from Atlanta, but I've lived in Boston for the past eight years and I absolutely love it.
My area of expertise is fitting great designs into working websites. I've been building remarkable websites since 1998, and it is truly my passion. HTML, CSS and Javascript are the sharpest tools in my bag and Photoshop and Illustrator are good friends of mine. My job is to bring the back end to the front of the room, and make it shine!
Through inbound marketing, I've learned to ‘let go' of control and gratefully help our clients (some who have zero technical experience) become the master of their own domain; and that brings me great satisfaction
My name is Michael Sims, I'm the Creative Director at PullnotPush. I graduated from Middlebury College with a B.A. in English in year 2000. I have been in the creative field for the past 8 years. My duties typically include creating logos, designing websites, writing copy, and any other tasks relating to brand strategy and management. I pride myself on delivering compelling content and striking homepages to clients looking to increase their online presence and visual impact.
Five years ago I started a clothing company called Muze with my brother and two friends. The brand pays homage to unforgettable movies by creating designer apparel with great graphics and subtle ties to memorable lines from classic films. As an owner of an e-commerce based company, I understand the challenges business owners face when trying to gain exposure and grow awareness in what seems like a sea of infinite companies vying for attention. I look forward to helping businesses showcase their products or services, and then helping them get found by the right people.
